ABOUT INTESTINAL WORMS

Soil Transmitted Helminthiasis (intestinal worms) are among the most common infections worldwide, affecting more than 1.5 billion people according to WHO, with Africa, among the most highly burdened regions. They also affect the most deprived and marginalized communities. Over 267 million preschool-age children and over 568 million school age children live in areas where these parasites are widely spread and are in need of preventive treatments globally.

We can pool our resources to allow each person in Africa to live without worms.
